Chinese Spicy Chicken

SPICY CHICKEN CLAWS

          Good morning all, you are confused about what to cook this morning for a beloved family home, do not be confused this time I have a solution, I am ok with it, this time I want to share dishes SPICY CHICKEN CLAWS, for which you want to try, please do not hesitate - feel free to try the materials needed are:
Ingredient:
600g Chicken claws
½  turnip
½  carrot
1 tbsp fermented black beans
1 ½ tsp crushed garlic
½ red chili (section into circles )
½ green pepper (section into circles )
Seasoning :
2 star aniseed
2 slices ginger
2 sprigs spring onion
2 tsp each of salt and dark soy sauce
½ tsp sugar
5 cups water
Marinade :
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
Sauce :
1 tsp caltrop starch
½ tsp light soy sauce
½ tsp dark soy sauce
¼ tsp sugar
4 tbsp water
Method :

1.     Wash and halve chicken claws. Simmer for 3 minutes. Disk up and drain. Marinate for 20 minutes. Deep fly in boiling oil until golden brown. Then soak in water for 30 minutes.
2.     Bring seasoning to the boil. Put in chicken claws and cook medium heat for 30 minutes until tender
3.     Peel turnip and carrot. Cook until tender. Cut into round slices. Arrange on plate. Place claws n top.
4.     Heat wok. Sauté crushed garlic, fermented black beans, red chilli and green pepper with 2 tbsp oil. Stir in sauce. Bring to the boil. Pour onto chicken claws. Steam the whole dish for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with dash of sesame oil. Serve.
